My policies for selling my products are pretty straightforward. The bottom line is that I want you to be tickled pink with what you have ordered, and I want to be able to pay the rent for my little piece of the world. Consequently, this is how I operate:- I love building relationships with folks around the country and will do everything I can to foster a long-term business relationship. I believe this is achieved by providing you with personalized service and quality products.
- I know I don't like to wait for umpteen weeks to get something I've ordered and I imagine you're the same way, too, so I will do my best to create and ship your product(s) within 2 weeks, earlier if at all possible.
- Since I am self-employed and cash flow isn't always pouring in like Niagara Falls, I will need payment for the full amount from you prior to shipping your checkbook cover. For your convenience, I do accept credit cards and personal checks.
- I accept U.S. funds only.
- If you don't like your checkbook cover when it arrives (hasn't happened yet!), return it to me within 5 business days and I will refund you your money.
- Most of all, I will strive to create a positive experience for you based upon the way I was raised: "Treat others as you would like to be treated." With that belief as my guide, I always try to provide a quick response to inquiries and an amazing product that you love to use and that you're proud to show off.
